His dynamic professional expertise is backed by over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in steering initiatives towards achieving organisational goals and rendering responsibilities related to Healthcare Business Management. Rich experience in strategically applying business process technologies in healthcare systems across multiple functional channels is another strength of Raj Sharma. Raj Sharma founded a chain of premier hearing clinics under the brand Priority Hearing Care Pvt. Ltd. and Priority Health Pvt. Ltd. and as director, he has been expanding it from 2010 onwards. He has served as consultant with Max Health Care (2004 onwards) earlier, followed by Fortis Group. He is a first generation entrepreneur who founded and successfully expanded chain of especially designed and well equipped hearing care clinics implementing marketing and community outreach programs. As such, his efforts set up a paradigm precedent in Indian health care industry worth emulating for others. His leadership quality involves managing various teams of medicos/non-medico staff working at different units across Delhi/NCR.
